I offer different ways to work together, designed to meet you where you are. Each option provides a clear, practical space for reflection, decision-making, and aligned action, depending on the level of support you are looking for.

Discovery Call
(20 minutes)

A short introductory call to connect and assess fit.

This is a free 20-minute conversation designed to get to know each other, understand what you are looking for, and determine whether I can support you through coaching. It is not a coaching session and does not include guidance or problem-solving.

This call is for:

  • Exploring your needs and goals

  • Understanding how I work

  • Deciding together if working 1:1 makes sense

Individual 1:1 Coaching Session

A standalone coaching session, scheduled as needed.

This option is for those who want a focused 1:1 coaching conversation without committing to a longer process. Each session is centered around a specific topic, decision, or challenge you want to work through.

You will leave the session with:

  • Greater clarity around a specific issue

  • A clearer perspective and next steps

  • Sessions are booked individually and can be scheduled whenever you choose.

6-Session Coaching Package

A structured coaching process focused on a clear goal and consistent progress.

This package is designed for those who want ongoing support and accountability while working toward a defined objective. At the start of the process, we establish a clear goal and a direction, and then work through it step by step.

The package includes:

  • 6 one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Weekly or biweekly cadence

  • A clearly defined goal

  • Ongoing review and follow-up

This process supports deeper clarity, aligned decision-making, and sustainable progress over time.
